For the time being, there is no formal recognition by FSC for Lead Auditor courses offered in the FSC system. However, during the accreditation and surveillance process, applicant and accredited certification bodies in the FSC system have used AB Training courses in order to demonstrate compliance with accreditation requirements relating to auditor training. The course covers all the standards relevant to the FSC CoC system and also covers report writing and auditing techniques. The course consists of 6 modules and will take about 20 hours to complete. After most modules a quiz needs to be completed. The student has 2 minutes to answer each question and needs to score a minimum of 70% to pass the course. This course concentrates on all the knowledge required to understand It is recommended that the FSC trademark course is also taken, as part of this training.
